How to get bigger arm muscle?

I'm a girl, 5 ft 5 in, 100 lbs.

I play field hockey and need more arm muscle.

I have leg muscle just not arm.

I drink 3 glasses of milk a day, do 50 pushups straight at night, but i don't have any weights at home. i sit with 2 of my field hockey balls, one in each hand in a pushup position and lift one arm up and down 10 times then switch and do that like 3 times for each. What else should I do to build up arm muscle if I don't have weights or access to a gym?

  1. For your triceps, a really good exercise is tricep dips (which you can do using a chair.)

    Other than pushups I can't think of a really good bicep exercise. Pullups are good if you have a (safe) bar you can use.  Perhaps a swingset at a park?

    Honestly, if you can spare about $15 you can buy a 10lb weight from Target or Walmart (or wherever) and do concentrated bicep curls with it.
