  1. You need to train in a gym and follow a good training program.

It is not enough to eat a lot, you need to think about what you are eating!!!

You also have to be patient, getting buffed takes time.

Genes also play a role, some find it easy to add muscles while others easily run long distances.

  2. You HAVE to lift weights and while doing that eat a lot. I use to be stick skinny my whole life lol. Only time I ever gain weight is when i work out. Meh go do some research on your own and create a workout routine. If you need info visit bodybuilding.com =_=

That's how I started, you should be able to do the same.

  3. Lift weights. That's all you have to do. Get a gym membership and go 4-5 days per week.  You should probably aim to lift semi-heavy (3 sets of 6-8 reps). And buy a protein powder to have post-workouts.

If you don't have a equipment or a desire to go to the gym, you could always do 20 sets of pushups for an upper body workout. Or 5 sets of 100 crunches for a core workout. You can also incorporate pullups, and some cardio for your legs.

  4. work out ........................................... alot
