How to get calf muscles?

i want my calf muscles to get really toned, and big. what are some good exercises to achieve this?

    Anyways....use the leg press, running on the treadmill with weights on your ankles, there are too many ways...

    P.S.  You already have calf muscles, unless by some freak chance you were born without them.

  4. I agree with Hels, do calf raises by standing on some books or the edge of the porch, and dip down, then raise up on the ball of your foot. do this several reps a day- hold a dumbell if you want.

  8. You can stand on the edge of a step or stair and go on your tip toes, then go back down about twenty times everyday. If you have stairs, then you can do three on each step till you get to the top. This burns!
