How to get cash out of your debit card?

Usually when you go to ATMs and take money out of your debit card, they give you the money in multiple of 20s, but what if you still have $17 left, how do you take it out?

you cant you just have to get a ten spot, most machines wont give you anything less than ten

Try a supermarket.  You shouldn't even have to make a purchase, just tell the checker you'd like $17 in cash.
