How to get cd out of computer?

For some reason, a cd that i put in my computer will not eject. I press the eject button, and the computer recognises this, but the cd still doesnt come out. I have had this computer for over a year, and this is the only time this has happened. I own a Macbook laptop if that helps I have tryed restarting, etc, but the cd will not budge. Please help

If its the button on the front:

Go to my computer, right click on the CD drvie, select "Eject"

If it's the cd itself that is jammed, try tipping the tower becward, just a little, and gently tapping the front of the drive. Lift the front off the floor just an inch or two.

have you tried turning it off and then when you turn it on quickly press the eject button.

As you restart, hold down the trackpad button. That should eject it! :)

WAIT!!! DO NOT STICK ANYTHING METAL IN THE COMPUTER WHEN IT'S ON!!!!

For saftey, just turn off the computer, unplug the power cord from the back, and stick a knife in and pry the CD tray open, it won't break it as long as you don't bend the tray up or down.

there should b a small pinhole on the CD Drive, Stick a paperclip in it... this should open the drive...
