How to get certified in Kukkiwon?

Hey, first dan black belt in ITF Tae Kwon Do here. I want to start doing state tournaments and eventually go national for the Olympics. My problem is that these torunaments are WTF style and to be in them you must qualify be certified in Kukkiwon but i'm not sure how.

It means your black belt must be issued through the Kukkiwon. Probably something you should talk to your master about.

I'm assuming you are in the United States.

On the left hand side, there is a "Dan certification" link.  You can read that info.

There is also a "Contact USAT" link, you can have some email correspondence with them.

I don't know for sure, but you probably have to learn the WTF required poomse "Tae Guk's" up to your grade.
