How to get checked for STD's?

ok... i dont know if you get the wrong feeling, i had s*x like 5 weeks ago,

and i feel wrong, i did **** load of research about stds, their symptoms, etc. 0 match , i sometimes feel wrong when i pee, and sometimes little dot appears down there and it goes away after, adn then comes back adn goes away... i want to get checked out, but i dont wanna go to my family doctor, i am in canada so its pretty wierd, you use the health card and all that c**p, i have never been tested and i am 16 i dont want anyone to find out anything, just wanna get tested and if anything is wrong wana get cured, but dunno where to go, so that my family doesnt find out...

  1. Go to your local Health Dept. or your local Planned Parenthood.  Testing is confidential.  Results can't be released to anyone without your written consent.  

    Re: HIV testing:  It can take up to 3 months for the antibodies to show up on a test.


  2. yes, go to your local planned parenthood.. they will ask you to sign a form saying that only you can know the results and no one else, unless you want them too. then you can either have them check you for certain stds or all off them.. it seems like you want all so they will do that, sometimes the results are so fast that its during that day otherwise you will have to go back and they will tell you the results. but, you might not have anything and are worrying, dont always think the worst till you know =]
