  2. From what I understand, you have to have a skill that would be useful in the country to become a citizen, or rich.  Unlike the States, they don't want deadbeats coming in and populating their small but wonderful country.

    That or you should be very well off.  

    This was what I got from my friends there when I visited so long ago.
