How to get citizenship or permanent residence status in Canada?

I am an electrical engineer pioneered in power distribution and control system with over 17 years experience. Presently I am doing BS degree in BITS pilani-Distance learning. I would like to take up employment opportunity in Canada. Can anyone advice me to whom I have to refer to start processing?

    You can look at different immigration options and also find out about processing times of different applications.  Provincial nominee programs are generally faster if your profession happens to be on some provinces list of what they need.  You may need some re-certification though depending on where you come from.


  2. Visit Canadian High Commission Office in ur area for proper guidance. Don't  rely on any body's advice other than the above office.
