  1. are you from the UK? :/

    i wouldn't use a scrub, its too harsh on the skin.

    i posted a question like this on my other yahoo answers account about two weeks ago, someone recommend boots range tea tree oil and witch hazel face products to me, so, i went out and bought it, and it was amazing!

    i have oily skin, which means I'm normally prone to breakouts, but since I've been using the foamy face wash, and the night treatment gel I've never had a problem! my face is as clear as ever, seriously i really really recommend you get it if you live in the UK, if you live in America, or any other country, i really suggest you get anything with witch hazel and tea tree oil in it as it works wonders. their both specifically used to help bacteria on your face, which leads to spots! i would also recommend a blackhead cleanser, as it sounds like you have some blackheads on your nose as you mentioned? to make your skin clearer also drink about 8 glasses of water per day. you could also try purchasing vitamin vitality tablets, look for some labled 'hair skin & nails' these contain the vitamins you need to ensure healthy skin and hair growth! try exercising too. if you wan't you don't have to participate in a sport, just go out with friends and enjoy yourself!

    as for your eye situation, i would wear your glasses, don't make your problems worse as they already are, plus, whos going to see them? its probably because your straining your eyes perhaps, give them a break from television and the computer once in a while!

    -also your images aren't working my love.

    take care;

    xo

  2. St Ives Apricot Blemish Fighting Scrub is great for bad skin.

    As for your eyes try getting more sleep and drink plenty of water, and less monitors! Your only sposed to be in front of them for 30 mins at a time anyway (yes no one follows that rule but its there for a reason! Take a break every now and then!)

  3. your images aren't working...

    try using St Ive's apricot scrub. that stuff annihilates your blackheads, you just can't rub it in too hard. It works really well for me.
