I don't have a computer at home, so the only time I can organize my the files on my Creative Zen VPlus MP3/Video player is either using my friend's computer or the one I have at work. Recently, everyone in my office got updated to Windows XP Pro and ever since then when I hook up my MP3 player to the USB drive, it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer so I don't think the computer is recognizing the device is there. The odd thing is my music player is still able to recharge using the USB and my digital camera is still shows up in Windows Explorer when I plug it into my PC. Why can't I organize the files on my MP3 player using my office PC anymore? Is there a way I can get my computer to recognize a new device so I add/remove MP3 files again? Thanks a lot in advance.
