How to get dirt to stick to a plastic container?

I already tried Elmers and PVC cement, and no luck. Any ideas?

what do you want dirt to stick to a plastic container for? how much and how long does it have to stay on? you could dump lemon juice or something sticky on it what about super glue peanut butter LOL it really depends what you need it for LOL good luck though

edit i thought of a couple more it might be along the lines of pvc cement but what about the stuff you spread when tiling a new floor spread that on the plastic the use the spatula thing to make groves then roll it in dirt? or what a taking a piece of sticky contact paper and gluing the  oneside to the containing leaving the back(sticky side) facing out so you can sprinking dirt on it? okk thats all the suggestion i have this time hope something works for you
