How to get downloaded wallpapers?

K so i am having trouble getting a picture i want as a wallpaper. I went to the site and you can't right click it and set it from there...it actually downloads onto your computer and i don't know how to use it from there, since you can't right click from that. I have tried everything! HELP !

when you find an image you want to set as wallpaper, you need to right click the image and select "save picture as..." then save the image to your desired location.  then in windows explorer find the image and right click it and select "set as wallpaper".
