How to get easy money in Gran Turismo 4 with a PS3?

I don't have gameshark, nor do I want to do some runaround win-races-sell-prize-cars c**p, nor am I looking for a 100% save file. I am looking for a save file editor that I can run on my PC to give myself millions of dollars to buy moar cars (or add cars to my garage). Any tools that fit the description, please tell me. Thanks.

FYI: I HAVE A PS3 AND NOT A PS2, therefore gameshark is out of the question.
