How to get echo effects

Question

Hi, We run a small conference room and use a Inter-M PAM 120 Mixer Amplifier, Public Address Amp to transmit speeches, Is there anyway i could get echo effects on this amp? or how do i go about doing this. I thank you in advance. Regards Koli
