  1. u can just lie that u cant speak English..... hahaha  ok... for real, i have no idea.

  2. Whatever excuse you use,the judge has already heard a million times.

If you are utilizing your right to vote and/or to drive, then this is the responsibility that comes with it.

  3. Just serve you will learn something from it..

  4. The only truthful excuse is shameful.

So either go or claim to be racist, sexist, ageist or any other fascist quirk you think suits you best.... I think I'd rather just do my duty.

If you are a full time student you wont be missing out on your pay and then you have a real excuse should your school work be affected. Aren't you curious to see the justice system at work? I'd actually find it very interesting.

  5. Lie and say you're biased, discriminatory, or say you know the person.  Say you talked to them briefly before.  Make up a story beforehand, but make sure there aren't any loop holes.  They might ask the person if they met you, so watch out.  Say you have to go to a funeral, something.

  6. there is no excuse. If you or your family would depend on a jury hope they don't try to escape it. Yes I served on one and yes I would do it again. You can learn a lot from it.

If you want to welch out, see if your teacher will write you an absentee note.
