I have been running for about 6 weeks now about 4-5 times a week. In my first 5k I ran 33 minutes (5 weeks ago) and for about the last month I have been consistantly running a 5k in about 30 minutes.What can I do to get under 30 minutes? Will I naturally just get faster or is there a certain way I should be training? Finally, I am just starting to add weight training on my off running days and it is really difficult!! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should or shouldn't do to affect my runs?Thanks :)
