How to get fit for ballet?

how can i get good lungs so i can dance a fast ballet without getting puffed. or for a long run with out getting puffed???

  1. start by running. run as far as you can. don't run fast, just jog. you should also run intervalls. for example: run as fast as you can for 1 minute, have a 30 sec. break, run for 1 minute.....do this 10 times.

    after a while you can decrease your break by 15 seconds. it will be really tough and hard at first, but you will get better. dont expect to feel a difference by just doing it once though. you have to do it 2-3 times a week.

  3. go to the gym a few times a week and do a 50 calorie warm up then go do 400 calories on maybe an incline or interval program and 50 calorie cool down but slower than the warm up it can be just as intense just slower and maybe some weigtlifting just a little though and subscribe t Fitness magazine it will help to or use Nutrasystem Advanced
