i want to get flexible so i can do those moves you see like poledancers do, lol not that i want to be a poledance its just i want to be able to move my body so i can look s**y

  1. you just have to practice each day, going a little farther and farther each time, eventuelly you can go all the way!!


  2. What is really going to help, is to do 15-30 minutes of stretching everyday. Just do some basic stretches, and you will find that each time, you will be able to push further.

  3. to get flexible you just have to practice every single day! you should stretch about 30 min every day, after you take a shower because that's when you muscles are most warmed up.

  4. stretch everyday

    stretch your back, legs, etc.

    a tip: take a warm bath and stretch afterwards. it warms your muscles and makes you more flexible
