How to get from Rome to Naples?

How to get from Rome to Naples by 06-30 am? The earliest train I found arrives at 08-10, which is too late to catch a plane (09-35 international flight).

go a day earlier to Naples and stay in a motel catch taxi early in morning and you should not have a problem.

There are regular buses but they are not very well air conditioned.

Eurostar 1h and 50 minutes for 24 $

Intercity  2hs and 15 minutes for 21$
