I was wondering how this kid edited his pic like this.

I'm guessing your referring to the background?

The background is just blurred to make the picture focus on the guy more instead of anything else.

If you want that kind of effect you can use almost any photo editing program with blur. (Gaussian blur)

Try:

- Adobe Photoshop

- GIMP

- Paint.net

If your referring to his perfect skin (atleast that's what i think) then you jus clean up the skin with tools from phtoshop. Not sure how to do taht in all the other editors.
