How to get great leg extensions in ballet?

What are some things i can do to get great leg extensions in ballet? batmas and devlopes? I am good on my right, and ok on my left. can someone post a video also of a class/ a dancer with great extensions?

  1. strength train/tone your leg muscles and hips. that will make leg extensions easier.

  2. just do lots of stretching and build up the muscle in your legs and turnout as much as you can and it should come

  3. work on leg flexibility epically hamstring. make sure you are always using your inner thigh muscles or your "turnout" muscle in every exercise you do, this will help with strengthening and toning your muscles. make sure you stretch everyday in order to achieve maximum flexibility. and remember nothing beats hard work listen to your teacher and it will come with time. ballet is simply repetition so we can achieve perfection
