How to get great pectorals

i'm 18, 5'6" and 160 lbs. I've been losing weight for a year and I keep dropping. i recently joined a gym, and i go 2 times a week. while i'm there i work on my pectorals by doing rowing, and some lifting. I can see a difference in my pecs, but is there any way to get them to become a bit bigger and quicker?

  2. benching is best for pecs, but diffrent variations of pushups can also be effective.

  3. Push-ups are very good. But most people think of the simple ones, but there are many different types of push-ups that work different parts of your upper body. Wide, Regular, Diamond, Feet elevated, one-handed, all of these work different parts of the chest/arms. And you will find yourself using muscles you didn't even know you had.
