hairspray and teasing your hair.  Get a cut with layers.

Take a fine comb and tease the roots, then hairspray.

It looks like its  been flat ironed. Then teased and tousled on top.. It has a deep part and just swooped over to the side. I think that is an easy fix...

haha they look like drag queens. well you'd need layers, like butcher-your-hair layers, unless you're talking about her highlights ? print the picture and bring it to your hair dresser.

i have this kind of hairstyle, first of all you need to have your hair cut into choppy layers and get some big side bangs... your hair should be cut with a razor... if you like the highlights also go for those too. you should straighten your hair and tease it then use some dry wax to style your hair to give it a textured look and use some hairspray too... then add accessories like the head band or whatever else you wanna add to make it your own.
