  1. if you are punching..you may twist your body...

use the force of your whole body..

from your body muscle to legs..

  2. It aint abot muscle, its about SPEED and QUICK REACTION timing

  3. strengthening your wrists is good idea, but mostly to keep them from injury

to increase hitting power, the first thing you want to do, is make sure you are throwing from a proper stance, with your feet planted a little bit more than shoulder width apart....your power is generated from your legs, so leg presses, squats, and similar exercises can be effective.

it appears to me, that fighters with large calf muscles, can utilize them to bounce in and out of striking range effectively

  4. Make sure the tip of your fist lands on the other person first!!

            no need 2 thank me

  5. i don't think you need to lift weights that much cause push ups and pull ups already give you punching power

  6. Timing is the Key to ALOT of Actions, work the speed bag every day for a while. Also Just do Knuckle Push-ups. I can only do 20 before My wrist blows up.

  7. PUSH UPS ON YOUR KNUCKLES.

DO THEM WITH A STRAIGHT BACK DO THEM UNTIL YOU CAN DO A HUNDRED STRAIGHT. THIS WILL STRENGTHEN THE MUSCLES AND NOT BULK THEM UP LIKE LIFTING WEIGHTS.YOU WILL PUNCH FASTER AND HARDER.

  8. proper technique makes for harder and faster punches. if you don't have any bags and such its not important b/c the only way your gonna learn anyway is going to a boxing gym and getting a trainer

  9. get two 25 lbs. weights one in each hand and start jabbing everyday that will build your strength up and make your hands stronger
