How to get huge legs QUICK ?

I want big strong legs so i can kick *** playing rugby. Im already strong upper body

    either way squats, lunges, tuck jumps...... PLYOFUCKINGMETRICS!!!! sorry - plyometrics. no joke, i bet most rugby guys rnt doing it but i do and its great. the reason the dont do it is probs cuz it is hard work...

  4. Squats, squats and more squats. Nothing builds your legs like squats, but make sure you have good form e.g your knees should not move forward and out more than an inch - as otherwise you are putting too much stress on the knee joints which could lead to serious injury. If you want strong legs do very deep squats. Keep the weight high and reps low.

    Leg press is also a good exercise to superset with squats to hammer the legs.

    Alternate leg weighted lunges with dumbells are also a good exercies.

    Deadlifts will also strengthen your legs as well, though it is less specific to the legs and more back, however good deadlifts involve a lot of legs.

    Try some plyometrics for raw power in the legs - Jumps on to high platforms/boxes of a different height then step down and repeat. Try this at different heights and with weights for resistance.
