How to get in shape for track?

Im 189 pounds, and have lost 34 pounds, I need to lose more weight and get in shape for track. My plan is to lose about 49 pounds or thirty pounds. How can I get in shape if track is in the spring... around March?

Can you suggest a eating plan?

I excersice on my mother's Wii Fit for 30 mins daily, and run.

  1. you are doing a good job :) just keep it up and add things like sprints and some good ab work outs and try some Hydroxycut  its a really boost for energy and weight loss


  2. You can go out for a walk/jog/run...helps promote weight loss while also preparing you for track. I'm not an expert on nutrition, but you should try to eat fruits as a sweet instead of candy, cake, ice cream etc. They have sugar, but its natural and they also have lots of nutrients in them.

  3. I would start supplementing your diet with more fruits and veggies. Start small, eat carrots or a veggie you like for a snack everyday (change it up every once in a while)  then start branching out to other veggies that you don't particularly like trying them say, once a week while maintaining your daily snack. Then after you increase your tolerance for these other veggies have one every day at least once. The more veggies the better. Eat fruits when you want something sweet or when you are sick of veggies. You can eat other food groups too but really focus on these. Also drink lots of water.  Remember, start small and go from there
