  1. I would suggest either walking/jogging or dancing videos.


  2. Jogging, Sit ups, Push ups, downhill push ups, uphill sit ups, planks, jump rope, swimming, lunges, etc....

  3. Walk for half an hour everyday at an elevated pace to get your heart pumping and your lung capacity increased and you will slowly but surley get in shape!
