How to get into Intelligence Support Activity

Question

Should I join as an Intelligence Analyst or Translator or something first, then hope I'll get selected, or can I volunteer for it after I'm in the intelligence field? Or is there an enlistment option?

you need to make sure you get an IA job if thats what you want.  I was a 96B and if you don't have that MOS, you are going to be in a unit as an S-2 member with all kinds of c**p duties.
