  1. Yes hence OPEN Beta it will be a download from the PSN store. Right now it is planned for this fall. Currently Home is still in the CLOSED Beta, which just recently has been expanded


  2. PS3 home is for every PS3 user but home is not out yet it was polanned to be released a year and a half a go but it has been delayed 3 times so we will all have to wait again !

    when it is released it will be available to download from the playstation store and it will take up 500mb
