Hello, I have some queries about admission into universities in Australia.

1) I am doing home schooling in Asia learning subjects in English.

But I don't know how to get into universities in Australia being home schooled?

Could you please explain me what to do in detail?

2)what exams do I have to take if i want to get into universities in

3) what is foundation course?

  1. If you are a domestic student (ie you are an Australian citizen) then you can stil apply to any chosen university online. Just search through Google, or look at the universities through UAC (Universities Admission Centre). You will need to take a STAT test, there are samples on the UAC site as well. The STAT test is a multiple choice and written English exam.

    If you are an International student, the process is a bit different. There is a bit on this site about international students as well. You usually have to have an International degree already or have done the equivalent to Australian Yr 12. It may mean doing TAFE before you start uni. Getting into TAFE is easy enough, as long as you are willing to do the work. If you decide to do that, the course you need to take is Tertiary Education Preparation (Certificate III)
