How to get involved with helicopter design?

Question

I have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and am interested in obtaining my rotary pilots license. I am wishing to combine both the fields together for some type of design jobs. Does anyone know any good sites or job titles that woujld be relevent to my search.

As far as flying them you might luck out and get a company to pay for your training, but you'll probably have to foot the bill yourself.  Go to your local airport and ask around for helicopter training.  If you can afford it, you would be more of an asset with a heli rating as well.
