Write NCFM exams and you can get a job in brokerage companies once you have the required knowledge.

You shoud do an internship in any brokerage firm or any financial based company so that you can get the basic idea of workin in these fields...and it is a good startheadover....

Even if you havent done any internship just apply to these company as they have placement tests..give that and you should br really good in statistics and general idea of financial markets...
