How to get legendry pokemon on emrald green?

Ok i want to know how to get deoxys mew jirhcahy or celibi (sorry if spelled wrong) is there a real way to get these charcters with out game shark or action replay. Or going to a nitendo event if so pllllleeeassse help me out

Trade, gameshark or event...how ever....

You can get Deoxys and celebi on random, but it's really slim (it will be in the grass)

trade with someone who is willing to trade or buy a fake game with any of those legendary pokemon in the beginning (they start at level 2- 4)

you can get deoxys in the fake game "perla". then trade it to you game
