  3. I put a lot of pressure on myself, and I'm trying to stop doing it. It only makes you nervous and then you don't play very well. What I try to do is think that you're only playing tennis for you and it doesn't matter how you do, you just need to have fun and enjoy what you're doing. Remember that tomorrow will still come even if you lose, because it's just a match. Just think of the reasons why you're playing tennis and tell yourself that there's no pressure for you to do well. Just have fun!
