How to get lime water spots from car paint?

my car is white from well water for watering lawn from the neighbors well. is there a home mix to get it off?will lemon juice replace lime juice?

change brands of wax ,some car waxes will be real bad to do this with i use mothers liquid gold and it seems to resist water spots pretty good,but with it being in the sun it may still do this ,what causes this is the water dry,s up to fast,good luck.
