Question:

How to get magnesium vitamins into kids?

I would like to get my 7 yr old son to take Magnesium to help with ADHD symptoms - instead of the traditional meds. He's getting Cod Liver Oil & Omega 3's so far. But they say most ADHD kids are Magnesium deficient. But we can't find it in a form he'll take. We tried "Kids Calm" and the taste is horrrible, the pills are too big (he won't swallow pills, we have to mix it). And we tried mixing the powder into food and there's SO much & it just won't mix. Any ideas?? Also - if you take supplements like these: does it matter when you take them (am/pm)? Any ADHD supplement info you can lend would be great...thanks!!!

  1. Vita-Lea Ocean Wonders contains 40mg magnesium per servings.  These are chewables.  Mental Acuity Plus can also be helpful for those with ADHD.  Also, many laundry and cleaning products aggravate this condition so I would recommend using Get Clean products.
