How to get meatier arms?

I'm a male who has always been extremely skinny. While I eat as much as I can w out getting sick, I can't seem to gain weight on my arms and wrists. What kinds of foods should I be eating to add mass to arms?

  1. You cant gain weight on your wrists, but just think of this: if you have small wrists, the bigger the rest of your arms will look.  You can workout your forearms, but wrists you cannot.  Do pushups, bicep workouts, tricep workouts, and forearm curls.  Triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arms, so if you want bigger arms make sure you work your triceps hard.

    There aren't any certain foods that add mass just to your arms, but help build muscle everywhere, for protein drink protein shakes, eat cottage cheese, eggs, meat, drink milk, for carbs eat oatmeal, breads, pastas.


  2. Red meat. And do preacher curls with an ez-bar. Protein shake after workouts. (Blend 3 bananas, milk & honey).
