How to get middle splits.?

how do i get middle splits all the way down? there almost there but i can't get them all the way down. any tips or websites would be great thanks

  2. 1. middle splits take time i find some good ways were to sit againstthe wall in your splitsas far as u can or on your back but against the wall and dropping your legs but.....i add a little twist when you are on your back......try to slide down into the first thing i said.....your hips will roll andthis will push you in farther when you are sitting upright against the wall

    2. you can also open yourl egs and have somone push down on your back so u get farther

    3. put a stack of phone books and just put one leg on them and try to go down and you can either switch phone books from side to side but its easier to put one or two phone books under each leg while trying to go down i promise it helps and there will be an even stretch between the two.

    4.  Last, after u do all of these  (seriously do each for about a minute), do the splits it on top of your body with your legs spread and see how much farther u get adn try to do this for at least a minute

    5. When you have finished gentyl stretch or take a hot bath or shower to warm your muscles otherwise you will be sore and may be farther thenext day it takes time

  3. first sit in a straddle for a while and try to lay down in it then try to slide down in to it

  4. The sad truth is that some people will never get the middle splits. It has to do with genetics and how your hips are placed. I will never get my middle splits because my hips just don't go that far. I have danced all my life and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to become professional if I didn't have my middle splits but a dance teacher told me that they hardly require you to do middle splits because so many people just aren't built to do it. It doesn't sound like you are built to do middle splits, but if you are then definitly spend a lot of time stretching out your hips. Good luck!

  5. ok this'll sound weird but... go to a wall and sit down in front of it in your middle splits and spread your legs along the bottom of it. push behind you to get closer to the wall to stretch better. you can also lay on your back and spread your legs in the air and have someone GENTLY push on them (or it'll hurt really bad.) good luck

  6. streach ever day!!!!!!!!!! do lunges and things that help your core when you streach hold your center

  7. The way i got my splits was doing this stretch everyday and now i can.

    You sit on your but legs out, bring the right leg in heel to vag...lol and try to lag your head on your kneee to the left leg.

    switch, bring left leg in and lay head on right kneee.

    it should hurt most on left leg. but it helps!
