How to get more boost out of my turbo, But I don't have the money for any programs/mods. It's A VW GTI 1.8T

Is there anything els I can possibly do to the engine perhaps?

  1. The best and cheapest(that is why it is the best) is make sure the air cleaner is clean.    It needs the air flow.  VW never made high performance chips, they made a reliability chip for engine longevity.  Europeans don't care about racing.
