How to get more limber?

See i dance some but i need to get more limber so i can do alot more moves.how can i get more limber so i can do a back bend then come back up and doing the spilts and also i need to be able to hold my leg up .

  1. its great to stretch daily and maybe even take a couple Pilate's classes so that you strengthen other muscles that will help to keep your leg lifted and strengthen your back.


  2. stretch those muscles every day, ease your body into those positions and hold them where you can feel a good stretch, not strain.
