How to get more low end speed on our boat?

We have an older fiberglass boat with an 65hp evinrude motor. We have plenty of high end speed but to get a skier or tube going it takes alot of time before we get planing. The pitch on the prop is 15 and the tilt is set one hole away from the boat hull.

a new prop with a different pitch and also more blades on the prop. if you have 4 blades go up to 5. they are around $100 a blade for new these days. check out a reconditioned one.
