There is no guarantee that anybody besides yourself will ever read your blog.

But just the same you need to.

1. Write a blog post regularly.

2. Check for mistakes & correct them.

3. Write on a specific topic & concentrate on that.

4. Target readers who will be interested on the topic you have chosen.

5. Encourage your target audience to participate by using polls/surveys/other similar things.

6. Respond to comments & suggestions.

7. Advertise.

8. Go back to step 1 above.

It takes time to get people to read blogs.

In my case, these are what I did:

1. Write interesting topics and at the same time, show interest in other people's blogs by reading and commenting.

2. These people pay you back a visit and if you have an interesting blog, will comment back.

3. Get to know them and maintain rapport.

4. Always make it a point to comment their blogs, leave quick comments like a simple hello.

use a catchy title that will catch someone's attention. on youtube some people use things like a star caught on camera having s*x or something crazy
