How to get more viewers for my Blogger photoblog?

Hey all! I just started posting to Blogger....figured it would be a decent place to get my photos out there. So I'm looking around and this guy: http://icleveland.blogspot.com/ got a front page feature on Blogger!!! The majority of his photo are, sorry to say it, but c**p. He's got all these comments praising his work and frankly, my 4-year-old daughter could have taken better pictures. How the heck did he get featured and how does he get so many views?
