ok so im about 5'9 and 13 years old. So i got a week to gain more muscle mass or i lose 50 bucks. Im serious anything between a couple centimeter or a couple inches is good. Just give me some kind of a program, and i do not have any acces to gyms, i have a monkey bar and i can do about 5 push ups without getting tired, and about 15 if i try really hard, IM about 115 lb wud appreciate a schedule, like on monday do 3 sets of yada yada, i eat a whole lot of protein like about half a gallon of milk, beef, Whey protein. And if u like give me a smaller plan cuz u think i will give in or my muscles will be too sore, I DONT CARE, as long as i get more muscle IDC if my muscles are purple from too much work or their soo sore i cant move em.
