How to get my backflip better?

i finally have a decent backflip. In the past 3 weeks i learned how to do a backhandspring on tramp and backflip then backhandsprings on ground then backflip

Im still just barely landing i dont really tuck i do more of a back whip but bring my legs in

  1. Ok first of all ur trying 2 do a back sault/standing tuck not a back flip, a back flip is pretty much the same as a bhs but landing on 2 feet. All I can advise is do crunches on the floor tucking and when u try them do em on the trampoline first and juml up and tuck at the top so u get height. Once there perfect on there, to do em on floor tighten/squeeze ur abbs as hard as u can when u go to tuck to rotate. Another good excerise to do it jump to a high mat (as high as ur belly button) and tuck onto it landing on ur back. That way u know to tuck at the top, u don't throw ur head back and ur actually tucking. This is how I got my standing tuck. Hope this helped you. If u got any questions just email me.
