Hmmm... Well you could ask him to start pulling his weight if he's not or just kick him out. You could always tell you parents :)

Here's the plan... guaranteed to work... tried and true:

Start hitting him up for a pro-rata share of rent and utilities.

Put a lock-box on the thermostat and have that set to the cheap side of uncomfortable.

Cut off the internet and cable TV.

Quit buying groceries other than peanut-butter and bread.

Believe me, he will move out within the month.
