  1. Ball handing if you can rebound and have great open shots you should have the job locked up he will try to hold you back dur to your size but focus and keep your numbers up some schools are always looking and the NBA's guards are near six foot.

  2. how fast are you tho?...im at post now at 6'4 and go to forward sometimes.......also how is ur dribbling skills.....if u are pretty good at those then i dont know, maybe since ur one of the tallest i guess.

  3. What up John H,

It's tough because you're the tallest guy on your team so they need you inside - especially on the boards and on the defensive side.

Perhaps you can talk to your coach- there have been several centers like:  Jack Sikma, Bill Laimbeer, etc. that had a pretty good outside touch- and perhaps on offense the coach can run some sets like that- although with your team's size it sounds like your one of the few guys big enough to bang in the post.  i think you can do it - but don't be overly insistent- because the coach needs to see that your flexible and your most interested in doing what the team needs done.. remember you'll probably be on Varsity next year- and so you'll learn a lot of different things by playing this year- in fact if you get switched to guard next year- the time in the post- can help you get a better understanding of the offense- which will help you if you end up in the backcourt.

  4. You should talk to your coach, but sometimes you have to sacrifice your game for the good of the team.  With that small of a team, though, you might talk to him about the possible benefits of running a motion style offense (assuming everyone can handle the ball decently).  Also, I hope your coach expects you not to be "robots" that just strictly run through the play without taking advantages when they present themselves.  Assuming your teammates agree about your skills, you can pop out to open areas and receive the ball for a shot or drive.  Also, talk to your coach about learning the position to help you prepare for the varsity team.  Unless your varsity team is also small, you will probably need to play guard at that level.

  5. DRibble Dribble Dribble by the by you got a short A $$ Team you are the post @ 5-11 that's absurd

  6. haha, sounds like your from another country. Your English is funny. Anyways, since you're the tallest guy you should play C. Who's gonna play C on your team if you play Guard?

  7. show him u got handles and sick passes
