Question:

How to get my curly hair back?

My hair use to be curly, but over the years it has become an afro. I'm not African American, so it's strange. I cut it many times, but still it grows back as an afro. I want to grow my hair long, but I want it to be like my old curly hair. What can I do it to make it curly like it use to be or even wavy? I don't want to use gel. Is there any shampoo or other products.

  1. Hi there,

I am an image consultant and I feel like I can help you with your question.  I am in the same boat as you, I used to have the most cutest curls you've ever seen when I was young but now my hair either turns frizzy or wavy.  I reccomend to my clients the shampoo and products I attached to the link below.  This helps your hair put out a natural curl vs. harsh chemicals like perms.  I also agree that gel is not the best product to use in your hair, as a matter of fact if you're having a hard time bringing your curls back gel will make it even harder b/c gels weighs your hair down.  If you want to keep your curls clean and defined use mousse when your hair is wet and that will keep your curls looking clean and sharp.  Good luck with your hair!  Hope that helped.
