How to get my ex back?!!! ?

situation is she takes a break whenever shes stressed but this time she told me its over when she was on pills that trigger her hermones...its been a year and 4 months now

16 months is a very strong NO!  You will probably find that she has found someone else, and the best thing you can do is let go and move on.  What is odd about that, is frequently when you do let go, and get on with your life, the one you love will realize they have lost you and try to get you back.

A lot of people say that your ex is your ex for a reason.  But if you want her back that badly then maybe you should give it a few days and talk to her.  Tell her how you feel and see what happens.  Cant really help that much without more details.
